Fix NBA 2K20 Download or Installation Issue

Quit Steam Client, restart your PC and redownload or reinstall NBA 2K20. Make sure NBA 2K20 is added to the Windows Firewall and disable your antivirus while downloading or installing NBA 2K20.

Restart NBA 2K20

Close Steam, restart your PC and launch NBA 2K20.

Run NBA 2K20 on Dedicated Graphics Card
  • Launch NVIDIA Control Panel by making a right-click on your desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel.

AMD Users: Launch AMD Radeon settings by making right-click on the desktop, select System and then Select Switchable Graphics, under Switchable Graphics, select NBA 2K20 (if not available use Browse option and select the NBA 2K20 .exe-file) Select High Performance for NBA 2K20 from the drop-down option and hit Apply.

Perform Clean Boot

Press Windows + R to open the Run box, type msconfig in the Run box and hit OK, go to the Services tab and put a check on Hide all Microsoft services, click on Disable all and hit Apply, now restart your PC and launch NBA 2K20.

Disable Antivirus

Make sure NBA 2K20 is added to the Windows Firewall and disable your antivirus while playing NBA 2K20.
